The development process for Plitio at Pishgaman Lotus began with market research and collaborative sessions with the client to thoroughly understand user needs, prescription management, medication ordering, online payment processes, and other technical and operational requirements. One of the key challenges was creating an integrated experience for managing pharmaceutical services and simplifying processes that were previously handled through separate channels.
Based on these requirements, we designed and developed a solution that brings prescription management, medication ordering, online payments, order tracking, and access to healthcare-related services and pharmaceutical consultations together within a single platform. For the website, we used Symfony, HTML, CSS, and React/Next.js, while React Native was used for mobile application development, enabling a consistent experience across both Android and iOS.
An Elegant Mind is a specialized website focused on psychological counseling, mental health, and family psychology. The platform provides information about counseling services and specialists, helping users explore different types of therapy, access educational resources, and schedule counseling sessions.
The website offers services such as individual counseling, couples therapy, anxiety and depression treatment, trauma therapy, EMDR, psychotherapy, and relationship counseling. It also provides educational content covering psychology, mental health, relationships, and personal growth.
One of the main challenges in this field is providing users with simple access to professional psychological services and helping them find the right specialist. An Elegant Mind addresses this challenge by creating an integrated digital platform where users can explore available services and specialists and easily take the next step toward receiving professional counseling.
The UI/UX design and website development of An Elegant Mind were carried out in collaboration with Pishgaman Lotus. The project focused on creating a simple, professional, and user-friendly experience tailored to the sensitive nature of mental health services, allowing users to easily explore available services, learn about specialists, and schedule counseling sessions.
Clipsho is a video platform designed to provide users with a space for publishing, watching, and managing video content. The platform required a scalable infrastructure and suitable architecture to efficiently handle a growing number of users and a large volume of video content.
One of the main challenges of the project was supporting a large number of users and a significant volume of video content while maintaining the ability to develop and launch the startup product quickly. Therefore, the project began with market research and initial assessments of the expected number of platform users and videos to determine the most suitable technical architecture.
The development process initially started with PHP. However, as the need for a mobile application emerged, different technologies were evaluated, and Golang was considered and adopted at one stage to address the project’s requirements. Due to the complexity of development with Golang and the importance of launching the startup system as quickly as possible, the technology stack was later changed to PHP Symfony, HTML, and CSS.
This approach enabled the Pishgaman Lotus team to simplify the development process while taking into account the platform’s technical and scalability requirements, allowing the product to move into operation within the required timeframe.
Nosheno is an online platform focused on music and audio content, designed to provide users with an engaging experience for accessing and interacting with music content.
One of the main challenges of the project was creating a fast, efficient, and user-friendly website for a content-driven business, while also ensuring that the platform could support future development and the addition of new features, including a mobile application.
The development process for Nosheno began with researching and analyzing similar websites. Alongside this research, we held multiple meetings with the client to gain a clear understanding of the business requirements, project objectives, and user expectations.
After brainstorming and defining the website’s visual direction, we selected React, Next.js, and Node.js for the development of the platform.
A key consideration when selecting these technologies was achieving high website performance and efficiency. The chosen architecture also made it easier to develop a mobile application in the future, allowing the platform to expand its services with greater speed and flexibility.
Clipat is a video and entertainment application developed and implemented for Iran Kish as part of the PatLife application. It uses Clipsho’s video infrastructure to deliver and display video and entertainment content within the PatLife ecosystem.
By integrating into the PatLife ecosystem, Clipat expands the application’s capabilities beyond payment services and creates a more engaging experience for users through access to video and entertainment content.
FEI.ART is a website focused on selling and showcasing art products, designed to provide an online platform for presenting and offering artworks and creative products. The platform enables users to explore available products and complete the purchasing process online.
An important part of the project was integrating the website with payment and communication services. FEI.ART is connected to PayPal for online payments and Twilio to provide communication and messaging capabilities.
The main challenge was to create a specialized online marketplace for art products that could provide an integrated experience for product presentation, selection, purchasing, and online payment. The integration of external services such as PayPal and Twilio also enabled the platform to provide the required payment and communication features.
OCHATT is an Iranian messaging platform developed by Pishgaman Lotus, designed to provide users with a platform for communication, messaging, and content sharing. The platform follows a cross-platform approach, allowing users to access its services across different devices and operating systems.
OCHATT is available on Android and iOS, as well as desktop versions for Windows and Linux, providing users with a consistent messaging experience across both mobile and desktop devices.

Developing mobile and desktop versions together helped create a more consistent and accessible user experience.
EB5 Marketplace is a specialized platform focused on EB-5 investment opportunities, designed to help investors explore and evaluate different investment projects, access relevant information and documents, and learn more about available opportunities. The platform also facilitates communication between investors and project providers.
One of the main challenges was the fragmentation of investment project information and the difficulty of reviewing and comparing different opportunities. EB5 Marketplace addresses this challenge by bringing project information, documents, investment details, and related resources together within a unified platform, making the investment research process more organized and accessible.
After reviewing the client’s requirements, particularly the need to modernize the existing website and migrate data from multiple WordPress websites into a single comprehensive platform, it was decided to develop the new version using Next.js and Node.js. This approach provided a more modern structure while enabling centralized content management and easier implementation of new features.
A Google translation system was also integrated into the platform to make its content more accessible to users in different languages. In addition, the website was connected to global SMS service providers to improve communication and notification capabilities.

Cara is a digital automotive services platform designed to simplify and digitize various vehicle-related services. Users can register and manage their vehicle license plates and access a range of automotive information and services without the need for in-person visits.
Key features of Cara include vehicle fine inquiries, fine aggregation, license plate history checks, vehicle card and ownership document status, multi-vehicle management, driver’s license status checks, and negative-point tracking. Users can also access their payment history and use the services through both the web platform and mobile application.

Jira is a specialized solution for localizing Jira and adapting it to the needs of Persian-speaking users, developed by Pishgaman Lotus. One of the key challenges faced by Iranian users when working with Jira is the lack of comprehensive support for the Persian language and Persian calendar across different parts of the software.
Pishgaman Lotus addressed this challenge by localizing the latest version of Jira into Persian and integrating the Persian (Solar Hijri) calendar, enabling users to work with Jira in an environment that is better aligned with Persian language and calendar requirements.
The localization goes beyond simply translating the user interface and covers different layers of Jira as well as calendar-related functionality. As a result, users can manage projects, create and track tasks, and manage schedules in an environment adapted to Persian language and calendar conventions.
The main challenge was the lack of full compatibility between Jira and the Persian language and calendar for Iranian users. The solution developed by Pishgaman Lotus addresses this limitation by providing a Persian version of Jira with a Solar Hijri calendar and Persian user interface, making the platform more accessible and practical for Persian-speaking teams.
Hygge is an English language learning platform inspired by the Danish concept of Hygge, which represents creating a warm, comfortable, calm, and enjoyable environment. The platform aims to provide learners with a more engaging and enjoyable language-learning experience through a friendly and relaxed approach to education.
The platform includes different sections such as educational courses, language-learning content, articles, and educational resources. Users can choose English courses based on their level and interests and access educational and video content. The website also provides features such as user registration and login.
